Hotel Fleur de Lys is a gem nestled into the heart of San Jose’s cultural district. Within walking distance from the Fleur de Lys you will find numerous restaurants, theaters, shops, and casinos. The National Museum is just around the corner and the Gold Museum, the National Theater and the Jade Museum are all within walking distance.
No two rooms in the Fleur de Lys are the same. Each is named after a flower native to Costa Rica, instead of being given a number. The hotel is actually a Victorian mansion that has been restored to include 31 rooms (from single rooms all the way to small suites). Rooms range from US $72-135 depending on the room and the season.
Most of the staff speaks good English and are very friendly. This is a great clean, personable hotel in San Jose.
