George Lundquist is a retirement and relocation guide who knows what he is talking about. He spent a whole year researching Costa Rica from the States. 
He toured with Real Estate agents, he joined the ARCR. It was all helpful, he says, but it did not introduce him to what would eventually become his life in Costa Rica.

As George explains in his video, the first trip to Costa Rica is like the first time you see a gorgeous girl… you want to spend the rest of your life with her cause she is so darn pretty, but you don’t know if you will be able to deal with her.
